2. Inspection Regulations Upon Receipt

Upon receipt, please inspect the exterior of the package before confirming receipt with the shipping carrier.

Customers may check:

  • Packaging condition
  • Product name
  • Product quantity
  • Color
  • Size
  • Product integrity

Customers should not use the product immediately during inspection to ensure exchange/return rights in case of defects.

3. In Case of Errors

If any of the following cases are discovered:

  • Missing product
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Package shows signs of being dented, torn, or previously opened

Please:

Step 1: Record a video of the unboxing process and the product's condition

Step 2: Take clear photos of the defect

Step 3: Contact COMMARI immediately via Hotline or Fanpage for support

4. Support Conditions

COMMARI will provide support when:

  • There is a video of the unboxing process
  • The product has not been used
  • The error is reported within 03 days from the time of receipt

After this period, COMMARI may refuse to process the request if there is insufficient basis to verify the initial error.

  • Recording an unboxing video helps COMMARI provide faster and more accurate support.
  • COMMARI encourages customers to inspect products immediately upon receipt.
  • In case of disputes, the resolution decision will be based on images, videos, and verification information from both parties.
